Some records may have been affected

Ontario's three Chief Justices confirmed an incident involving Thomson Reuters' C-Track platform. The provider says a subset of records was affected and some confidential, redacted or sealed information may have been involved. This does not establish that every Small Claims or traffic file was affected.

Court operations continue

The September 2 statement says C-Track remains operational and court proceedings continue. It reports no evidence of resulting identity theft at that time. Continue meeting hearing and filing obligations unless the court directs otherwise.
