Food services reached its full allocation on September 15
Saskatchewan's official SINP table shows that all 175 positions in the food-services window were used on September 15, 2026. The window opened at 1:30 p.m. CST and the province now records zero positions remaining and the limit reached on September 15.
This was the last scheduled capped-sector intake window of 2026. Positions were accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with each position requested through an Employer Position Assessment counting toward the applicable limit.
The September 14 totals were updated
The same live table now shows 94 of 150 trucking positions used, leaving 56, and 123 of 175 retail positions used, leaving 52. Accommodation remains fully used at 50 of 50 positions.
These are the current official figures, replacing the interim totals available when Ghasedak reported on September 14. Employers should continue to rely on the province's live table for the status of any capacity that has not reached zero.
This intake was not a nomination draw
The capped-sector windows were limited to eligible current employees with valid temporary resident status and six months or less remaining on a valid work permit. A worker with more than six months remaining was not eligible for submission through these windows.
The totals count employer positions submitted through the Employer Position Assessment process. They are not invitations to apply or provincial nominations, and a counted position does not guarantee that an employer or worker application will be approved.
