Food services used its full limit on September 15
Saskatchewan's official SINP table shows that all 175 positions in the food-services window were used on September 15, 2026. The window opened at 1:30 p.m. CST, and the province records zero positions remaining and the limit reached on September 15.
Positions were accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each position requested through an Employer Position Assessment (EPA) counted toward the limit of the window it was submitted in.
The four September windows
Saskatchewan held four capped-sector windows on September 14 and 15, with 550 positions in total. The province's table lists them as follows.

Saskatchewan updates the table each weekday during an intake, or immediately when a limit is reached. Employers should check it just before submitting, because the figure for a window that still has space can change.
This intake was not a nomination draw
The capped-sector windows support current employees who have valid temporary resident status and six months or less remaining on a valid work permit. Applications for a worker with more than six months remaining are not accepted.
The figures count employer positions submitted through the EPA process. They are not invitations to apply or provincial nominations, and a counted position does not guarantee that the employer's or the worker's application will be approved. Each position and each later worker application must still meet all SINP requirements.
