Four intake windows on September 14 and 15
The Government of Saskatchewan's SINP statistics page lists a capped-sector intake for September 14 and 15, 2026. Trucking and retail open on September 14 at 9:30 a.m. CST, accommodation opens the same day at 1:30 p.m. CST, and food services opens on September 15 at 1:30 p.m. CST.
The limits total 550 positions
Positions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each position requested through an Employer Position Assessment (EPA) counts toward the limit of its window, and the live figures are updated during the intake or when a limit is reached.

Only current workers with expiring permits are eligible
Capped sectors are limited to supporting current employees who have valid temporary resident status. In these windows the worker must have six months or less remaining on a valid work permit, and applications for a worker with more than six months remaining are not accepted.
The capped sectors are retail (NAICS 44-45), trucking (NAICS 48-49), and accommodation and food services (NAICS 72). Employers can draft an EPA in the OASIS portal at any time, and the province encourages drafting ahead, but submission is possible only while the relevant window is open and space remains.
This is an intake notice, not a nomination draw
The limits govern employer position submissions. They are not a selection-round result and do not mean that 550 applicants will be nominated. An approved position and a complete candidate application must still meet all SINP requirements. Availability can change once a window opens, so employers and workers should check the province's table immediately before submitting.
