IRCC groups NOCs by their median wage relative to the Canadian workforce median: at least 2×, 1.5× to below 2×, and 1.3× to below 1.5×. The current list uses 2023–2025 Job Bank, Labour Force Survey and Census data, taking the highest level reached during those years.

Do not add experience and job-offer points. Labour Market Integration uses the higher of Canadian work-duration points plus the high-wage experience bonus, or qualifying job-offer points. Being listed does not alone establish eligibility or guarantee an invitation.
