Zero business invitations in 2026 through October 7. Guide also requires $75,000 eligible operating expenses.
Investor Québec
Québec’s French scale is separate from CLB. $1.2 million is the combined commitment, excluding other fees.
Entrepreneur Yukon
Do not buy/start the business before applying. Only specified strategic sectors qualify; operating expenses do not count as capital investment.

The federal cultural/athletic Self-Employed Persons Program is paused; it is separate from Québec’s self-employed category.
