LTB Portal notifications move to a new email address

The new sender took effect July 24

All system notifications from the Tribunals Ontario Portal for LTB parties and representatives now come from ltbdonotreply@tribunalsontario.ca. The former ltbdonotreply@ontario.ca address was replaced.

Practical step for parties and representatives

• Add the new address to contacts or the safe-sender list.
• Remove the former address from saved contacts.
• Continue checking junk and spam folders for LTB correspondence.
• Do not treat the sender change as extending a filing or response deadline.
