Compared with the September 24 draws

In the previous Innovate draws on September 24, 2026, the wage-based selection required at least $52/hour and $105,000/year and issued 426 invitations, and the points-based selection issued 288 invitations at a minimum score of 131. This time the wage threshold was lower and the wage-based draw was larger; the points-based minimum stayed at 131.

What the score and invitation mean

The minimum score is a BC PNP Skills Immigration registration score, not a federal Express Entry CRS score. An invitation lets the registrant submit an application to the BC PNP. The applicant must still meet every requirement of the category and submit a complete application on time.
