What the score and invitation mean
The minimum score is a BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration registration score. It is not a federal Express Entry CRS score. An invitation lets the registrant submit an application to the BC PNP; the applicant must still meet every requirement of the Entrepreneur Immigration category and submit a complete application on time.
